Got a 90 RR or work at a LFS? Please help!

Follow my 90RR thread and you see lots of good stuff. Up until the last page- where I show how the rim of my tank is slowly peeling off after just a few days with water in it.

Any attempts at repair void the warranty, and I don't want to risk any flooding.... So I'm getting a new tank just to be safe. The LFS I got it from (Pets Warehouse) offered to hook me up with a different brand (since this isn't the only problem I've had with the tank), but they don't have any 90's in stock that they can measure to make sure it'll fit my cabinet.

Could anyone out there with a 90 RR, with plumbing on the back left side, please tell me the EXACT dimensions of their tank? The cabinet was made specifically for Deep Blue, and after all the trouble I've had, I would really like to get a different brand. Most important dimension is length of the bottom rim, as I made the cabinet to fit tightly around a slightly recessed tank.

I need a measurement accurate down to the 1/6th of an inch. I know 90 gallons are advertised as "48 inches" long, but that seems to be the glass- not the rim. The Deep Blue tank actually measures 48 1/4 inches along the rim- so I need something that size or smaller.

(I'm new to this forum, and don't know where this is best to post... hopefully I get some responses in here!)

I can't speak for those specific brands but on my 90g Aqueon RR tank, the rim is 1/8 an inch past the glass on each side, so the width measures 48 1/4''. Same for the width, 18 1/4''. Hope that helps.

Yet another Deep Blue brand problem I wouldn't touch this brand with a 10 ft pole. Everyone seems to have issues with everything they sell. Very sketchy company. I'd see if you can get an Aqueon which used to be All Glass Aquariums awhile ago. My tank was made in 1996 from All Glass Aquariums and it's still alive today, me being it's 3rd owner! Look at Aqueon's site for dimensions here---> http://www.aqueonproducts.com/assets/011/19784.pdf

Or go with a marineland... I'd stay away from Deep Blue.
