Vertex Illumina v-link software

Does anyone have any experience with programing the Vertex Illumina using the Vertex software? I've contacted Vertex for a manual but they don't have one yet and the settings in the expert mode are very cryptic.

Does anyone have an error come up when you try to upload a expert program?

Most likely it is because of the wireless signal strength is weak. If you haven't used a USB extender yet, try it out.

Yes I moved the light closer to the computer and it worked! Thank you.
When I select quickmotion it is my exact program however as soon as its done, it turns off and then the light seems to turn on full blast which is clearly not in my program especially at 12:30 in the morning. Any Ideas?
