Need a protein skimmer for my 240g, which one is best?
I'm VERY new to reef keeping, but want to purchase a protein skimmer that will be more than accommodating for my aquarium. What would be a recommended protein skimmer for my size aquarium, and one that is no more than $450? All ideas and suggestions welcome!

Super Reef Octopus 5000[$499] or 3000[$400]. 5000 is about double the "power" of the 3000. Big skimmer so check to see if you have room.
I would get the 5000 but if money tight the 3000 will work. |

I liked my reef octopus, pulled out a lot of crud and was a good deal.
