Lighting to upgrade 30" from fowlr to anemone/clown?

Have 29 gallon, 30" FOWLR setup, want to go next level, add a BTA with my clowns. I think I want T5 to keep heat down, but it seems the industry is phasing out the 30" supply. Will I be able to get bulbs in 1 year? Can I get by with a single MH pendant instead?, or should I hang a 24" fixture?

Also, trying to do this for <$175, so am I stuck waiting for something on the used market? Ideas appreciated.

Probably will just do a BTA anemone, maybe simple corals, so I don't need top of the line lighting. Thanks for the help!

I'm in a very similar spot with my 30" tank except mine is 55 gallons. You should check out the current nova 4 bulb, 30" T5 fixture. It's pretty much designed for your tank. My problem is that because of the size of my tank, I'm lolling for a 6 bulb fixture which I cannot find in less than 36".

Not used, but very close to your price range. Assuming you can handle the added heat.

thanks, but I live in Puerto Rico, and the water sits at 81 with just a cheapo freshwater flourescent hood bulb...I'm afraid MH will drive me to need a chiller.

Appreciate the recommendation though!
