Need advice on lighting 100 gal reef

This is my first post any help would be appreciated. My current light set up is 2 48 inch t5ho actinics and 2 48 inch t5ho 10k's, on a 72x18x18 100 gal reef tank. I'm currently thinking about purchasing coralite aqualite pro 72inch fixture with 3 150w phoenix 14ks and 4 96w actinics 03 PCs. Will this light be enough to keep clams and sps. And is there some kind of a acclimation period that I need to go thru to make sure not to harm the corals I currently have in my tank?
