If I buy 2 Eheim Jager heaters and a controller for my 120 gallon do I need 2 150 watts or 2 250 watts?

I have a 120 with a 40 gallon sump and run 2 Jager 150 watt heaters on a Ranco controller.

2x150w should be plenty and will provide some safety if one heater fails ON.
