BRS doser output hose length?
hey all-
wanting to move my CA and KH containers as part of my tank re-build. i have the BRS perasultic (sp?) dosers. i want to set them up about 10' away from the tank, and above it by about 5'. the tubing will drop down, through the wall, run along the floor, then up about 2' to reach sump. the website says "max head 20'" will it be o-k? also- the pumps will now be above the level of the sump, do i need to worry about a siphon happening? thanks!

You are already less than 20'. Combine that with a longer drop then a short incline and I wouldn't really see any restriction. You shouldn't have to worry about a siphon with a peristaltic pump.

Yep like Dustin said,
20" of head is the vertical distance it can pump up but since You will be dropping 5' and then going 2' up you still have another 3' + the 20" to work with.
