ATI Sunpower enough for 75 gallons SPS tank?

Hello everyone,

I need some opinions from ATI sunpower owners.
Will the 48" 6 bulbs Sunpower produce enough light for an all 75 gallon SPS tank.
I want to keep sps on the bottom of the tank also.

The dimension of the tank is 48"L x 18"W x 21"H.

Thanks

No problem. I had a 6 bulb when I had my 75. You'll have plenty light for SPS corals.

I recently upgraded to the 6 bulb sunpower on my 90 gallon (48 x 18 x 24). It's a mixed tank but I do have some sps on the bottom now and I don't think you'll have any problems at all keeping anything you want on the sand bed with that fixture and good bulbs. It produces a amazing amount of light. If you already have a 'lesser' light on the tank be sure you acclimate with this light .... I had to take a couple weeks to get everything in the tank used to it and still had some bleaching.

You might post in the T5 thread too if you want more input!

I have a 36" 6 bulb over a 36" x 18" x 21" tank and grow sps just fine on the bottom.
