New CAD 39g Signiture Build
Its been almost 2 weeks since i started this tank up.
I ordered their 120w LED Lighting with Dimmer and some different mode settings it also comes with a remote. Tank Specs 31 lbs. of Live Rock 40 lbs. of Live Sand No Skimmer Yet -any Suggestions? i was thinking the Bubble Magus that Cad was suggesting. I Only got Sand And Some Chaeto In my Fuge- is that fine? Im running My tank lights for about 8 hours with fuge light off then i run my fuge light all night while my tank lights off I tested yesterday 0-Ammonia 0-Nitrite 5.0-Nitrate (without water change) 8.0 pH Planning on Doing a 10-15 gallon water change today. hopefully that will clear up the nitrate. |

You said it looks foggy, try adding some mechanical filteration. They remove the dust particles and stuff in the tank.

If you have a sump, you can buy a filter sock. Or get some filter floss. They work really well.

You can also try purigen. I heard some very good reviews about them. They help reduce ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. Also it makes your water crystal clear.
