Ro110NWB keeps overflowing the collection cup with wet bubbles...any advice?

Its been running for a week, its first week, just fine. Now, I look under at my sump and see the cup is overflowing with watery bubbles.
-I have checked the air tube to the pump.
-I have removed it all together, nothing.
-I held it higher in the sump, about 4", and it seemed to stop.
-My tank is still cycling. I dont know how or what would of caused the change.
Any suggestions?????

I just dded some SPECIAL BLEND Bio enhancer today. Could the nutrient increase have something to do with it?

Its in about 9" of water in the skimmer section of my sump. The only adjustment is the gate valve return controlling the flow, and it does nothing with regards to the overflowing when I adjust it. I heard change in nutrients may do that. Not sure though.
