Powerhead placement ???

I have a 75 gallon reef tank with not much in it yet...and for some reason i have a thin white film on top of my tank water...and i was wondering would the placement of my powerheads help get rid of this?!?...I have two hydor koralias one is rated about 600Gallons and the other about 850Gallons...and please i would like to have some tips on where to put my powerheads and how to position them...heres a pic of my tank

Pointing a powerhead towards the surface will help to break it up. Your HOB overflow should also be breaking it up if it is setup correctly. If there is no water drop at all inside the inside box of your overflow then it is not breaking up the surface like it is supposed to be doing.
