What's your fastest fish? And do any of them whistle?

I used to watch my 4 stripe damsel chase around other fish and he was so fast he'd whistle :-) he's since found another home so no more whistling. However I've come to the conclusion that my firefish is aptly named...that is one fast fish! He darts across the entire tank in a flash and have seen him go vertical and jump straight out of the tank, hit the light shield and back in the rocks before I realized which fish it accually was.
So anyhow, what's your fastest tank inhabitant?

Wow accually grunts loud enough to hear it? Lol does it grunt all the time or just on occasion?

My four striped damsel would whistle as much as a dozen time during feeding. It went into a frenzy and would chase other fish.

Damsels are known to make noises. When I was in college I did a review on it for animal behavior class-most of the studies were on Abedufduf sp. tho I suspect many others do too...I've never heard of a whistle, but it's possible. Most people don't realize fish communicate with noises but they do. Catfish are the most notable ones-they grunt like crazy when handled, esp. big ones.

My striped blenny is pretty quick - at least compared to the clowns. He shoots across the 40 breeder with a flick of his tail.
