ReefCleaners group buy?
Is anyone interested in doing a group buy through reefcleaners.org? I'm not sure if I need this blessed by the club beforehand, but I'm willing to set it up as I need to order a bunch of stuff anyway.

I was on their site just about an hour ago shopping. I would be if they delivered to individual addresses. You guys are too far away to make it worth my while to drive. Let me know and thanks.

I started placing an order last week it timed out and I forgot to get back to it... I'd def be interested, they're pretty damn cheap as it is already. Have you contacted them about possibility of any discounts or are you just feeling it out?

Don't forget about the club's local sponsors. Many will do a group buy on inverts. Pick up is local. Better chance of survival and you dont have to take time off to grab a package.

I just ordered 200 snails. If you put in nano-reef you will get a 10% discount. That made it even harder to get to 50.00 for free shipping. The nerite I received must have all been large. I have to get rid of some of them, they are lawnmowers. But what really is eating my hair algae are the ceriths. I got about 10 that are about 1 inch and they eat the hair. The nerites seem to just go over the hair and remove it.

OK - I have been in contact with one of the local sponsors...he is willing to match the ReefCleaner.org prices on anything ordered by Saturday, April 9th. 10:00 PM. Orders will arrive and be available for pickup on Friday, April 15 (after 10:00 AM). All orders must be picked up / delivered by Sunday, April 17th (6:00 PM). There will be one scheduled delivery on Saturday to the Hartford area to accommodate those in remote locations. A time and place will be set after all orders are placed.
To participant in this group buy, please send all orders to me either via email (mauger81 at gmail dot com) or PM. I will organize the orders and forward them to the sponsor. If sending orders via PM, please include an email address so the sponsor can contact you directly. The GB sponsor will contact each of you individually for payment and place of pickup/delivery. To be eligible for no shipping charge on this group buy, the total combined Group Buy order must be $300.00 dollars. The sponsor will contact you if it falls short and there is a shipping charge on the Group Buy order. The sponsor would like to mention to the members that fragile time sensitive species must be picked up (delivered) and cared for in a timely manner. All orders must be picked up/arranged for delivery within three (3) days from arrival. Arrival is scheduled for Friday, April 15th. Again, hopefully this isn't stepping on any club toes as far as organizing this, I just want to keep the momentum going for those interested. If there's a step I'm missing as far as clearing with the club, please let me know..otherwise, lets do it!

You say that there will be one drop off in the Hartford area, but you don't say where the vendor is for us to pick up from - that would be handy info to have

The vendor should be contacting each person individually for total order price and payment once the order is placed.
