Will a 3000K LED flood lamp grow chaeto?

I need to get rid of nutrients in my system. I wanted to grow chaeto in my sump but don't want to add any heat. Lowes has 4 LED 3000 K bulbs that could go in a simple clamp fixture. I know you want 6500 K but I cannot find these anywhere but online. I just want to pay $25 to $30 for the bulb. Thanks

Thanks, I went for the Lowes Bright Effects daylight CF bulb at 50W using 11W. Will this be enough light for my chaeto and Caulerpa mix? I can go bigger to the 65 W output CF bulb.

It will grow faster under the 3000k than the 6500 likely. The best color temp for cheato is 4300k- which is about what a outdoor halide bulb puts out. cheato likes red orange yellow light better than blue green light.
