What color is it?
What are the numbers behind "perfect" -- everyone's definition of perfect is different. What lights? What size tank? How long has the tank been set up? How long have you had the anemone? What all (( livestock wise )) do you have in the tank? What are you using for filtration?

Was just reading some of your other posts, is this the tank that just finished cycling?? If so, that is way too soon to be adding an anemone.

What size tank??
What lights? What is your salinity/SG? Really need to know that info. Your tank hasn't been set up nearly long enough for any hosting anemone. A yellow "Sebae" (( H. Crispa )), is a dyed anemone; (( but need a picture for a proper ID, but sure sounds like an H. Crispa )) in the 15+ years I have been keeping anemones I have yet to hear/read of a dyed H. Crispa recovering.

upload the pic on a site like photobucket, then use the image code in your post and we will be able to see the pic.

It appears to be an H. Crispa, one that is in pretty poor shape.
Given the age of your tank, it appearing to be dyed, the lack/short tentacles, and the open mouth, the future doesn't look good for it.
