Radium bulb
Ok well I just bought a Radium 250w mh bulb from LFS and I get home put it in, turn light on and............... NOTHING!!! so I unscrewed it and tried to put back in, still NOTHING! Has anyone else ever had this problem? I put my other bulb in just to check and it works fine with no problems. I'm not sure what could be wrong.

what kind of a ballast are you trying to run it on they only run on electronic or hqi ballasts

Ok STRANGE!! my curiosity got the best of me! My 58 gallon had a radium bulb so I took it and tried on 40 gallon it works. I tools the new radium and put on 58 it works. The only thing I see different is one of them had a W2 and other had X5 not sure what difference is.*trying to search and find out now.
