Need help choosing a return pump

I'm trying to compile a list of hardware and need some help there. Where I really need the help is a return pump.

125g with dual overflows, will install dursos and 40 gallon sump. My head height up to the returns is about 4 ft. I plan to use the pump to supply water back up to the overflows and split it off to feed a refugium. Which return pump would be good for flow, I'd prefer low wattage and quiet if possible and also needs to be submersible.

For flow, I will be using 3 Evolution 1400's.

Lighting is another area I'm not sure on. I will have a canopy and DT dimensions are 72x18x22. I will mainly be keep zoo's, LPS and possibly some easy to keep SPS. I want to go T5 retrofit, what wattages would be recommended ? I'll find the product that meets my needs once I know how much power I need. I will use 2 36" bulbs across the hood however many I need for coverage.

I think that's it for now.

Thanks

Eheim 1262 is what I would use.

Return pumps are a difficult subject as everyone has a diffent opinion on what they use and like.

I myself Only use Quiet One pumps. I have 4 to be exact. They have all benn running non stop minus when I do my maintenace on them for over 5 years. I run them both internally and externally.

The reason I chose this pump is it is quiet, uses less power then others that produce the same water flow, is alot cheaper, can be used internally or externally with no issue, has a 3 year warranty.
I have tried Mag and didnt like it. I have also tried a pump similar to Eheim and it was loud.

The quiet one 5000 would work for you. I had a quiet one 5000 on my 125 with a 1200 GPH overlfow and 2 outlets with no issue.

For your lighting 6 80 watt T5 HO's would allow you to keep basically anything you want.

Thats the route I would go, just because you will want to keep more than what you originally thought. Now you have the light for it and dont have to spend more money to upgrade fixtures.

I was looking at the QuietOne pumps, the 4000 but read about it being hit and miss. Some really quiet, others loud. Seems their quality isn't as good as it used to be. Since their relatively inexpensive, I may take the chance on one.

I was shooting for the 500w mark on the T5's, I just wanted to confirm. Thanks for that.

return pump an eheim 1262 or if you want a slightly more powerful pump, a waterblaster HY-5000(1300gph before headloss).

Simple. Eheim 1262 or 1260 if you want slow flow through your sump.
