If you fill it up manually does it change anything?
To me it looks like its not priming and needs more water put in it.

No ive filled it all the way to the top and it just doesnt pump much water it just trickles out of the overflow.All the pipes are clear too.

Pull the pump off and put it in a bucket with water. Does it pump water?
What does the impeller look like? I assume you have checked all over for breaks in any piping that is sucking in air.

Its working now i took apart everything and put it back together.Think it was a loose fitting on the air intake tube.
