mr aqua 12g long - rockwork tips? advice? also help w sex of mandarin?

hello all.
coming up on a year my tank will be up and running (a lot thanks to this forum & fatlip!). went through some ups and downs - lots of jumpers on the topless - few algae outbreaks but the tank and inhabitants seem to be happy as ever - only algae im dealing with is coraline and i do not mind! i was re-doing rockwork recently and i cant seem to find something im real happy with. id love to know what you guys think? currently i have a yellow watchman/pistol pair, blood shrimp, antler staghorn crab, various crabs and snails, featherduster, clam, small pipe organ frag, torch frag, king acan frag, (this pic was 10 minutes after light was on and me rustling through sand moving rockwork around so excuse). Anyhow id love any advice or tips on the rockwork or anything else you guys see. any nice pieces/colors u think would strive or look right in the tank. i also need help w/ the sex of the mandarin i cant really tell by the dorsel. let me know what you think! feedback welcome!

Try some bridges. Stack the rounds rocks on bottom and the flat rocks at top.

Sexing manderins is easy. When they flash there fins the males dorsal fin comes to a point, females do not. Here's a link of a male flashing his stuff.

I took a bit of a different approach to aquascaping my 12 long...

Please excuse all the Frags, the tank is just a couple months old.
