How to Set CoralVue AquaHouse Dosing Pump???

The instructions don't make much sense to me. I just want the thing to dose constantly 24/7 with the ability to change the amount dosed but I never want it to stop dosing. Can anyone tell me how to get this working?

Right now I have it set to 99/1H which is supposedly the max setting but I have no idea if it's on or not.

You might want to drop down to the sponsors forum and ask CoralVue directly. They are listed and do seem to reply to most within a day or two.
