Sick snails? check this out.

hey so ive got 20 trochus snails in my 190 setup and today, i found two dead ones. one was almost gone - the shell still had somthing in it but im sure a hermit got to it and ripped out what it can. Anyways my real problem is the other dead snail had a redish or brownish thing on the underside of the shell... It looked like the shell had some sort of bruise. My problem is that another of the snails has that same bruise, it is not dead yet but its not moving much, same spot for a day, i picked it up to make sure it wasnt dead and still moved... so i left it but it hasnt grabbed onto anything yet.

Any idea's? everything else is good.
water parameters are OK this morning
0 ammonia
.1 phosphates,
calcium 410
nitrite nitrate 0
ph 8.45
