Cool Stunner LED strips

Anyone use these before? I was going to add it to my Coralife 150w for that "coral pop". I would go with the ultraviolet. Anyone use these and give their .02? Also, I have seen it with T5s but not a halide so input would be great, I am new and want good lighting for my mixed reef. Thank You!

I haven't used the stunners, but I do run two pano blues with my halides... I have the leds come on before the MH and stay on after giving dusk/dawn effect. The blues are super sweet its like a blacklight for the corals they really POP

I use the stunner strips on my biocube hqi. It does get washed out by the MH but I have it on before and after the MH are turned off and the corals look amazing with them on.

This is great input guys, thank you so much! I really just want the whole dawn/dusk effect and maybe a plus with the halides and stunners on.... but wishful thinking lol.

Btw, my coralife is an upgrade from the odyssea t5 fixture I had so I am expecting an immaculate amount of growth in my tank for my future corals

The stunners just don't have much power to them that's why I went with the panoramas I can tell they are on even running 2 150W PHX bulbs and if you know these bulbs they are pretty blue them self

I used two with my Extreme Nova Pro fixture. When they are on alone they do add some nice shimmer. When you turn on the actinics, still some shimmer but diminished, and when you turn on the whites, most of the shimmer disappears. I would assume with halides you won't even know they are on. You will have a nice moonlight effect on your corals later at night when you turn off the halides. I recently switched to halide and it is hands down the best natural lighting. Everything looks so much better than with t5s. The shimmer is great and makes it look so much more natural like you were diving in a shallow reef. I use one stunner which i glued to my halide for night viewing when I turn off my halide. I have the half blue half white and it is a nice moonlight effect.
