Octopus Dual Chamber Calcium Reactor

I was looking at the 6.5" Octopus Dual Chamber Calcium Reactor. Seems like a good deal for the price, some older post where on about the pump being bad does any one know if this has been fixed with the company. Also looking for any pro's or con's about this unit I would prefer a Geo but just cant afford it

I ran one for 5 years on a 120 gal and never had any problems with it. It was an awesome reactor that was actually too big for my tank. I just recently sold it for what I paid for it 7 years later.
