Moonlighting with LED on 34
Hey
I am currently planning on getting a 34 Solana and want to make a DIY LED lighting. I was wondering how many LEDs should I get for moonlighting (2, 3, or 4). I plan on getting a DIY moonlighting kit from LED. Also for my regular lighting, I plan on getting 6 blue and 8 white LEDs from rapidled. Do you think that is good for a 34 solana? And lastly, does anyone know how I can get a Solana 34 without lighting? |

Instead of fighting with the DIY moonlights, I would recommend the R2 Extreme moon lights. They sell them in single and double sets. I had a single on my 55 but it wasn't quite enough, so I bought the double. More than enough light and since you can twist them in their brackets you can adjust how much light you put in the tank. They are relatively cheap priced as well.
Can't answer the other two for you--sorry.
