DIY LED Group Buy (New and Improved Thread)

Hey Folks,

So we've been lamenting on the issue of an LED group buy for a few months now.

Here is the exciting thing: We are not that far away from the needed amount of orders! Right now we are at 3K and we need to get to 5K. Thats about 4.5 orders.

If you would like to participate in the GB please add your name and order to this spreadhsheet.

There will be individual shipping at the cost of $6 per address. I will collect the money and transfer to RapidLED.

If you are unsure what size you need check out the RapidLED forum and ask them - they are very helpful.

wow, sorry I completely read that too fast, thanks. Is the discount still 15%? I assume we'll calculate everything at the end and apply the discount before collecting money?

Hey guys. Please recheck your order. It seems our total has slipped 1k from 4.1 to 3.3k in just a matter of hours.

WE ARE ALMOST THERE FOLKS. ORDER YOUR CHEAP DELUXE LED KIT TODAY!

ok. since order timing seems to be a general question I would imagine the process to look like this - please chime in with suggestions:

1) We reach the 5K goal.
2) Payments made via paypal one week after we hit 5K.
3) Of course during this week anyone has the option to modify or submit a new order.
4) One week passes and barring any special circumstances we pay - the clock starts on Rapid to deliver.
5) Your order is shipped no later then 72 hours if it is in stock.
6) You receive your order and resist the urge to rip open the box like a 5 year old at christmas.

as you can see nothing happens in the process until we reach the goal. so keep checking back.

One additional item: Please DO NOT add your name to the spreadsheet until you 1) know you can afford the money and 2) are absolutely sure you've done the research on the items and they are appropriate for your setup. Flux in the spreadsheet means flux in the order total which causes confusion.
