Which garlic

Which garlic do you guys use? Some of this seems expensive for so little, just wanted to get some feedback.

or buy real garlic (organic) and mush it up yourself.. or just soak in the juices

The industry that supports our hobby makes so much money from our ignorance on things like things like this. Their secret is to give it a scientific sounding name, but a lot of the products out there could be made in your kitchen for way less money.

I buy the garlic extract at the health food store. It is cheap and easy to use since it's liquid.
