Temprate Nano Tank

Hey guys,
not sure where to make this post, so if a request to move it is made im more then happy too..

i just have a quick question, whilst i have experience keeping tropical fish, my brothers girlfriend saw a globe fish in one of our tanks at work, my brother has since asked me what would be required to set up a 2 foot tank to house this fish..

I am fine with the filtration etc..but when it comes to nano chillers, i have no idea haha has anyone got any suggestions, obviously it's just for the one fish and she is not really into the hobby big time, so a cheap, effective, low maintainance system would be great..if they exist :P

bump: i have found few "nano aquarium chillers" that is simply a bay of fans that clip on the tank, would a few of these do the trick? or are these a bit of a joke? again, so experience with them haha.
