Haven't used my RO for 3 weeks

I haven't used my RO for about 3 weeks. I see water in the canisters and so I know nothing dried out, but I was curious if the unit and cartridges are OK due to no circulation etc.

They're Probably Ok, If you don't have a TDS meter you might want to run it for 30min to an hour before using the water to make sure the stagnate water gets flushed out or If you have a TDS meter as long as it's reading zero.
