Tunze skimmer performance = very good felt cheaply made??
Is it me or everyone feel the same. I recently traded a Tunze skimmer for some corals. Before the trade, all i read about Tunze is how great they are and etc. After I got it, my first impression is, they feel cheap (the plastic felt like cheaply made). However I can 100% vouch for the performance though. It's so quiet and skim very very very well! It's light weight too which is good and use only 21W of power compared to similar skimmer of his class. Also it has very small footprint, perfect for those who use 10g-20g sump.
Why the plastic felt cheap? I mean i thought Tunze is high end stuff |
