Hypo Fish Stopped Eating

I put two small clowns and a goby that I purchased from my LFS in a 10 gal Q tank. Two days later the clowns came up with ich. Treated with paraguard for three days but they got worse. Stopped paraguard and allowed 24 hours to pass and added a new carbon filter to the HOB. Dropped the salinity to 1.009 over 48 hours. The clowns were looking much better the next day with no signs of ich at all at day 3. But on day 3 they stopped eating and showing interest in food by swimming energetically to the top. Day 4 still no interest in food. They also seem to have lost their spark and don't swim around as energetically. Otherwise they look completely fine. The goby is eating and seems fine. Why aren't they eating and is there any way I can entice them to eat? I have tried Selcon laden mysis, tried shrimp, clams...nothing works. I calibrated my refractometer with a seawater standard and have been exact in my salinity with no wavering from 1.009. I've had clowns in hypo before and they did fine. The water temp is 81. These clowns are tank raised on mysis.

could be that your water quality aint that great now in hypo as the bio filter will not be working efficiently. I do 10-20% WC daily on tanks running hypo. not to hard on a 10G.
Also add some bicarb to your water mix to bring up PH, i only recently started doing this and it seems to give the fish more "life"

The PH is good, it's 8.0, just checked. Since my last post the smaller clown suddenly had hunger pangs and ate only the single ova, none of the small clumps but he ate avidly. The other clown isn't eating yet. I had a big clown in hypo for 6 weeks and did only weekly water changes but he has the constitution of an ox. I will change the water tomorrow but that will be it 'till after the holidays as I won't be here.

The same thing happened to me when I did hypo treatment. My angel fish will stops eating all of a sudden. My solution was to do a 75% water and my the angel will start eating again in 4-5 hours after the water changed. The fish will not eat if i changed only 20% of the water. It stopped eating again the next day even with 75 % water changed. Again, I did a 75% water change. 75% Water changed daily went on almost everyday during the first week of hypo treatment. It got better after the first week. I only changed water every 3-4 days. I only changed water once a week after the third week. In another word, I used my angle eating behaviour as indicator on when to change water. Hope this help.

Sounds like a good plan and it makes sense.
