Best Skimmer Pumps?

Exactly what the title says. If you need a pump to replace an existing pump what would you use?

one of the bubble blaster pumps by octopus. ( used in the super reef octopus line)

60g clownfish cube, red carpet anemone with a 25g sump,SRO octopus 1000sss, 250w radium, lumenarc large.

How about for an ATB 1050 cone?

ATI Bubblemaster 250. Currently has 2 x sicca 2500 on it that are loud and having starting issues.
