Need a new return pump

I am looking at getting a new return pump and was looking at the Iwaki, panworld and one that I have heard very little about the Velocity. Iam looking for 1200 to 1300 GPH. What are everybodies thoughts.

I failed to mention that it will be for a 120 Gal aga. And lets go with any ext. pump brand. looking for low power consumption and low db's

I have two Velocity pumps - amazingly quiet but not up to the flow rates you are looking for - and - discontinued! I also have a Reeflo pump and while it isn't as quiet as the Velocitiys, it is pretty low watt consumption and reasonably quiet. You should add them to your mix. Good customer service too.

The Iwaki and PanWorld are not quiet due to the cooling fan, but both are nearly indestructible. You would be looking at the Iwaki MD55 or it's pan world equivalent. The 70 model would overpower your overflows.
