Welcome to Reef Central. An orange butterfly fish is not "reef safe".

Maybe a Midas Blenny? I personally enjoy blennies quite a bit as they are active fish.

Tangs love to swim. I personally wouldn't put one in anything less than a 120 but some have them in 75's.

I have a baby hippo in my 57 and seems quite happy but plan to give her to my sister who has a 210. I don't see a problem as long as you know that the tang will outgrow tanks our size. fairly quickly lol
