Getting a blenny out of the sump

We'll i've had a blenny go over the overflow into my sump, i've fixed it up now but i saw him in there a couple of days ago.

I've got a plastic bottle, cut the top off and inserted it into the base and i've tried nori, pellet food, frozen mysis but not having any luck..

I have about 40kg of live rock in there and they like to burrow, Any suggestions?

Yea, disassemble as they are fast as hell. Just get a towel, relax and spend 20 minutes pulling rock, its not so bad.

And check the floor around the rock you take out very regularly for any movement. They are amazing at hiding in the crevices, but tend to hit the floor once the rock is out of the water. I've had it happen 2 or 3 times, but the fish have survived with a quick plop back in the tank.
