? about grundfos 15-42 quiet one
i had this pump for ages.maybe 20 yrs perhaps.my question is,the gasket needs to be replaced and the pump was a mess with calcium buildup,i removed the front casing and then the water wheel.under that theres a cap i popped off.there was fluid in there,could that be water being used as a fluid, because theres no smell on the spinner moter.since the fluid been removed the spinner has stopped,what fluid do u think they use. thank u.i know this pump is old, and i think not alot of people use them anymore.im just hoping someone has one and some answers for me.cheers.
