Brown algae
I am changing the light and also the sand bed the same time, so now I have brown algae, the thin film all over the glass, and sand bed, rocks...Is this a result from the low light, or to much light? Thx.

You can expect a small diatom outbreak when you add new sand.

Understand that, but seems alot to me, specialy it brown and it's not cyano at all.
