fs: 40 breeder, stand, rock, light, heater, other stuff

I have a 40 breeder (36x18x16) as well as a homemade stand for it. The stand's bottom shelf was cut so that the front opening measured 30 1/4 so that a 20L could slide right into it. Admittedly it could use a bit of finishing that I never got around to as it was sitting in my room. But it is built like a tank, the stand is about 34" tall, which puts the tank at about 50". It is not drilled.
I'd like $75obo. I need it gone by next Wednesday. So make me a decent offer.

I have a 5 gallon bucket full of once live but now dead rock. most pieces are at about a pound or two. I weighed it out to be about 35 lbs including the weight of the bucket.

I have a 36in corallife 96 watt pc. No bulb for it but it does work.

300 watt theo hydor heater. In good working order.

I have two unopened bags of salt that came from tropical world a little over a year and a half ago. They were in a box for 200 gallon mix (so should make 100 gallons), I believe a brown box. I am blanking on the brand.

Small knick in the tank. I ran it with it fine for amore than 2 years. No salt creep or anything ever showed up. Perfectly water tight.
