Iron

Ok, I have a 14 gallon biocube. 1 Clown, 1 Blue yellow tail damsel, 1 long tenacle anemone, patch of clove polyps, colt, and a green stripe brain. Also a Turbo snail, 4 small other snails, 10 blue leg hermits and a bubble bee snail.

Here is my question I test for iron 1 time a week and it always shows zero. So I add a supplement and test again week later. I do water changes 1 time a week. Why would my iron keep going to zero? Is iron something I should worry about?

I have been using the Red Sea testing kit with the appropriate supplement to go with the test.

You should really have no reason to dose iron. It's sometimes dosed by people growing macroalgaes, but for your setup, I don't see a reason to either test for it nor dose it.

Thanks,

I just bought the Red Sea testing kits I figured that would help.

What would you recommend I should test for?
