AI SOL BLUE "Blinking Light"

I bought two SOL Blue from a local store a few months ago and woke up this morning to one of them not turning on. One unit works correctly and the other does not. The light on the power supply is blinking and the light on the unit is blinking as well. If you have had any experience with this issue or know whats going on please help. It is Saturday and I cannot call AI to figure this out until Monday.

Thanks

Try swapping power supplies would be the easiest thing to self diagnose if that's at all possible?

Thanks Mindflux, that worked. Its the powersupply. Does anyone know how often these things go out? Ive only owned the unit 3-4 months and the powersupply was well ventilated. I am kinda stumped on why this would even happen.

Unplug the bad power supply for 30 minutes from the wall and the AI light and see if discharging any capacitors it contains makes any difference. Maybe you can at least limp along until you can get your power supply replaced.

Ok, weirdest thing happened tonight while I was watching tv. The light hooked up the the power supply that wasnt working earlier just turned on. And it was at 100%. I looked at the power supply and it is no longer blinking. Now I am completely stumped. Does anyone know whats going on?

While I don't have those lights I do have LED lighting and I had a very similar issue with a power supply causing my lights to flicker randomly. The power supply might not be strong enough and could be dying? Which was the case with mine. Mine were about 3 weeks old when it started happening. Id suggest calling the manufacturer and seeing if they can replace them.

May I suggest could there be something wrong with the connection like loose connection or problem with the power supply extension cord if you use one.
