LED Wattage Recommendations

My tank is a standard 70g (W48"xD18"xH21") and I'm looking into getting LEDs.
I currently have two 250W MH and four 65W CF (older and less efficient).

Should I go with two LED panels rating at 150W or 300W? I know I should get the dimmable LED fixtures but would two 300W fixtures be too much?

Thanks for any input!
