Advice on gutting my Current Outer Orbit??

I have a Current Outer Orbit with 2 -150 HQI and 2-130 W Dual Power Compacts. I want to Gut it and swap the Power Compacts for T-5s and use some slim T-5 ballests.

What do you think?

i would use as is.

You can use Workhorse ballasts for this. Depends on what bulbs u are going to use. Go to fulham.com for sizing. It will probably be one of the models 3, 5, or 7. The Workhorse 7 probably won't fit because it is so long, but I'm not sure. I used the model 5 for my application.

The problem is finding the endcaps to use on the t5's. I used some from a Wavepoint retro unit and some t5 bulb clips. Waterproof endcaps did not fit into the fixture and still have room for the acrylic lens. Do a little searching on google or maybe someone here can lead you in the right direction.

Why not gut it and put Current LED Pro strips in it?
