Is this enough flow for my sps reef?

I have a 55 gallon mixed reef tank currently. I slowly shifted my way from lps to sps, and I needed to upgrade my flow. I had a 750 gph koralia on one side and a 1040 gph on the other. I decided to take out the 750 and put in an mp40 w ES. So now I have the 1040 gph koralia on one side and the mp 40 on the other. (I keep the mp40 on reef crest mode all the time). Is this enough flow to maintain an sps reef?

it will be more than fine, depending on your rock wrk ..

if too much rocks, you may want to place a smaller PH within them.

+1. That sounds good. 55's are very narrow tanks and are pretty easy to get good flow in. I think you have plenty. Good luck.

oh yea even just one mp40 at half flow is good for my 90. you could take the rest of the power heads out since they are not needed.
