Storing Live Rock

Can anyone post a link for a DIY Live Rock Storage. I am trying to slowly buy LR from local sellers, and keep it alive in the garage until I get my tank ready!! Any help would be great...

I have tried to find it myself, but no luck!! Thanks...

My idea would be to keep it in a big rubbermaid tub with saltwater and a powerhead. Just a suggestion!

"big rubbermaid tub with saltwater and a powerhead" should work you will also need a heater and perhaps a skimmer if the rock needs curing

You won't need a skimmer, some use a skimmer during the cycle... some do not. Won't it be to hot in the garage in FL? Maybe lights depending what's on the rock.

Store it in a brute tub, but make sure not to get anything bad in the tub.

I'd have to agree with the temp issue. I have to bring water change water into the house to let it cool down before doing water changes.

Depending on the condition of the rock treatment varies. If it's good clean rock with coraline all you need is good flow and light. If it's in tough shape with nuisance algae, keeping it in the dark with a skimmer and/or water changes would be preferred.
