Stray Electricity
So i found out that I had some stray voltage in my tank. Luckily it wasn't enough to do anything to me or the two fish I have. I found who the culprit was and it was my auto top off switch. I found it by unplugging one thing at a time and then dipping my finger back in the tank. Dumb I know but all I had to work. So this incident brings me to my question....What mulitmeter does everybody use to test for something like this????? I have some cheap thing that only works in outlets I would like one that can do anything and everything I could possibly ever want it to do in this fine hobby of ours. Thanks for the suggestions. <-- Coulda been me lol.

the best meters within reason are made by the company "Fluke"
For your needs any decent <$40 meter will work just fine. Stay away from the $4.99 special. They are useless...
