Calcium at 600+

Should I just let it deplete on its own or is there something I can do to lower it. Corals and fish are doing great...just freaked when I got that reading. Not sure how it got there.

It could be test kit error, especially if you have not dosed any kind of calcium supplements. The salt mix with the highest calcium level when mixed to a salinity of 1.0264 (per Billy's testing) is Oceanic with a calcium level of 580 ppm.

I would not add any calcium supplements and would get a second opinion for your water parameters from a trusted LFS.

Which salt mix do you use and what salinity do you keep your tank at? Also what method do you use for measuring salinity? If you use a swing arm hydrometer, they can be off significantly. If your salinity is higher than you think, this will cause increases in your water parameters.

Are you using the Hanna checker to get that reading?
