Tessalata eel compatiblity

Hello and welcome to where my dad makes me ask ? S so here it goes can you keep a12-18 inch tessalat with a 10 bamboo shark

Current Tank Info: 600 gallon Green moray tank connected to 400 gallon shark pond. 90 gallon mixed reef

maybe but it is one of the most agressive and biggest eels and wouldnt risk it

My tessalata is living with a white mouth and leopard eel. And yes he is the most aggressive of the three. I don't see a shark being a problem, although it probably would have been better to put the shark in first. When I added my leopard eel, I feed the tessalata as much as he would eat, then added the leopard. The tess still went after him, but after he put him in place everything is fine.

I would not do it. tessies are among the more aggressive eels and also happen to grow very large. if the shark is small you might have issues especially if the eel is going for a food item that the shark is trying to eat.
