How do you remove frag plug from....

I ordered 6 frags that will be coming tomorrow, and I was just wondering how I could remove them from the frag plug and glue/put them onto a rock in my tank. How would I do this with:
2 ricordias, an Acan Some Zoas and a Favia

I use pliers to break/crush the stem off of the plug and glue the plug to my rock... In time the plug is grown over with coral or coralline and blends in...

Do you ever have issues with the face of the plug breaking/shattering and damaging the corals? I usually just try to wedge them in the crevaces of the rocks or between rocks so that they're anchored and don't require glue.

Dont remove the plug from the rics. Make sure you clip it off and leave some rock on the foot or they may get lost. You cant glue their foot directly to rock due to the mucus they release when they are ticked off.
