looking for new lighting

I am looking to get a new light for my tank. Reason being is I have a fresh water 40watt single bulb (not very good I know). I haven't picked up anything new yet cause i kinda don't know which route to go. I am new to the hobby (as you can tell from my other post) and i don't know what would be best for me and what i want to do with the tank. I currently have 40lbs of live rock 20lbs of kupang and 20lbs of Fiji. Fish I have spotted watch man gobby, tomato clown, damsel, Scorpius tang, basslet. My tank is a 75gal just for those who will ask. I have seen other peoples tanks with I guess 10k white and the blue light? I love the way it brings out the tank and the color it gives off. My other thing is my tanks temp was up to 83.7 when i put my sump together and got it in. So i now have a fan blowing air across the top of the tank, which got the temp down to 79.6. I like the led thought for the fact it shouldn't give off that much heat compared to the t5 lights. what is your guys opinion on light for the best price not looking to spend a million dollars either maybe in the 150.00-250.00 range thanks for the input
