Bugs on glass, inside

I noticed some little, 1mm or less, white specs on the inside of my tank. I noticed they were moving differently than algae or, say lint would so I got my magnifier, 30X, out to check them out. I could only identify 2 sements, but there may very well could have been more. On what appeared to be the head end there was what a large set of jaws or something like that and on the back end there were 2 little whip like tails. Does anyone know what these are?

When I looked at the substrate there were tons of little tiny worms about 25microns. These were about 1cm on top and below the substrate.

Amphipods prefer the sand and rockwork. It's likely copepods. http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-08/rs/index.php
