Location, brand and gph of Powerheads help needed.

Here's a pic of my tank. The returns from the filter/sump system are highlighted and the current water flow (counter-clockwise) is shown.

Do I need to ge tone or more powerheads? I will be adding a lot more coral.

Which brand/size(s) should I get and where should it (they) be placed? I would prefer to put it on the back side of the tank or on the right side (which is near a wall) for aesthetic reasons.

Any replies are much appreciated.

I'd get two, one at the top where your line lock is, and one a little lower than halfway down on the opposite side blowing across the front of the tank. Then take your line lock returns and point them at the surface of the water. The way you have it right now the water looks like it's sitting still, it should look like it's boiling.

What size tank do you have and what type of coral do you plan on getting?

So, if I understand you correctly, where I have placed these red arrows?

Yeah, that's what I would do. I'm no expert but I'm almost certain that your return won't be sufficient.

I'd get a couple Koralia 1050's, or if you have the coin, MP10's. Then once you have those in place you can point your returns at the surface creating nice agitation and promoting gas exchange.
